School Dinner arrangements:

Cost –
School dinners are £3.00 per day (£15.00 per week), payable in advance (unless you qualify for Free School Meals).
If you need to apply for Free School Meals, you will need to apply to Nottinghamshire County Council – see link at the bottom of the page; please speak to us if you need help with this. Until we receive notification of your eligibility, you will have to pay for school dinners.

If you would prefer for your child to bring in a packed lunch from home, that is absolutely fine. Packed lunches should be in a small plastic lunchbox labelled with the child’s name. Drinks should be in an unbreakable container (no cans, fizzy drinks, chocolate, crisps or sweets please).

Menu –

Please see below for the 3 week menu cycle as from 15th April 2024.

Gluten-free is available on request; please also advise us of any dietary requirements/allergies. There is also a vegetarian option every day.

Booking –
Your child just needs to say at morning registration that they want a meal from school on that day, and say what their meal choice is.

Payment –
Unless you qualify for Free School Meals, meals need to be paid for in advance, on ParentPay – please request a registration letter for this.  You can put any amount onto your ParentPay account, it does not have to be in multiples of £3.00.

Breakfast Club –
This costs £4.00 per day. Please book in advance if possible and pay in advance on ParentPay.

Tuck Shop

This is available at break-time, serving a selection including pizza muffins (40p), teacakes/crumpets (30p) fruit juice (50p) and toast (20p). Children should bring in cash for this on the day (maximum £1, exact change if at all possible).

Your child may be eligible for free school meals. Click the link to check if your child can get free school meals in England and find out how to apply on the local authority’s website.
