The boys’ team travelled to Colwick St. John’s Primary School for their first game of the season. The match was very even and both sides had numerous attempts at goal. In the space of one dramatic minute in the first half, we conceded 2 goals. Similarly, one dramatic minute in the second half resulted in a few more goals being conceded and the game was lost. Despite hitting the post, the bar and the many saves from the opposition goalkeeper, we just couldn’t get the ball in the net. The boys were excellent despite the scoreline and a big thank you to all the parents who travelled to support the side.
